No Transaction Fees

Some of the local and large national real estate companies have broker transaction fees they charge you for listing with them.  These fees may range from $250 to $500 per sale.  There are NO Transaction Fees when you list your home with me.

Paperless Contracts with Digital Signatures

The paperless listing agreement is now available.  I have made the process of writing, signing and sending a contract completely electronic.  No paper.  No faxing.  No more missed initials or signatures.  You can sign docs from your Blackberry, Droid or iPhone if you are not at a computer!  You are instantly given a PDF copy of everything you sign. Of course traditional paper contracts are available.
